A History of Success!
Ron Schneider is President of Leadership Development Group, Inc. Ron has been in the Performance Improvement Business for 30+ years. He has spent the last 20 years servicing over 750+ Ford and General Motors Dealerships as a Coach, Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer, a Loyalty Specialist, and a Digital Consultant.
Ron served on the MSXI Global Coaches Roundtable. He was asked to participate in the development of the Coaches Fast Start Manual and development of the Coaches ZOOM delivery program during Covid. Ron was one of 6 Coaches selected for the Ford Guest Experience Immersion program held at the Ford Motor Company Conference and Event Center in Dearborn, MI with over 500 Ford Stores participating during 2022.
